Refund policy

RETURNS

You always have 14 days to return your product from the day you received it.

Please email us at info@maimarthe.com and include your order number and which product you want to return. The client pays the return cost and is responsible for the product to arrive back safely.

The product needs to be unused and in the original packaging.

EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange your product, please follow the instructions for returns. You are then welcome to place a new order.

CLAIMS

Please contact us at info@maimarthe.com and add your order number and a photo that shows the damage or fault of the product.
